FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Voltnex Power manufactures and supplies a wide range of industrial power equipment, including isolation transformers, dry type transformers, industrial transformers, VFD transformers, automatic voltage regulators (AVR), AC voltage stabilizers, variable frequency drives (VFD), static var generators (SVG) and active harmonic filters (AHF). We provide both standard products and OEM/ODM custom power solutions for industrial plants, commercial buildings, automation systems, machinery manufacturers, EPC contractors, distributors and system integrators.
Yes. Voltnex Power provides both OEM and ODM services for industrial power equipment. OEM projects can be manufactured according to customer drawings, specifications, electrical parameters, branding and packaging requirements. For ODM projects, our engineering team can help develop a customized transformer, AVR, VFD or power quality solution based on the customer’s application, voltage requirements, load characteristics and target market.
Depending on the product, Voltnex Power can customize rated power, voltage, frequency, phase configuration, winding material, enclosure design, protection functions, control systems, cooling method, installation configuration, communication functions, nameplates and other technical requirements. Transformer projects may include capacity, primary and secondary voltage, vector group, impedance and tap range, while AVR projects can include input/output voltage and regulation requirements. VFD projects can be configured according to motor power, rated current, overload duty, control mode and application requirements.
Voltnex Power supports customized voltage configurations from approximately 100V to 690V for applicable low-voltage power equipment. Transformer and AVR solutions can be supplied across a wide capacity range, including approximately 1kVA to 3500kVA depending on product type and project requirements. Our VFD product range covers approximately 0.75kW to 1000kW for industrial AC motor control applications. Common voltage configurations include 110V, 120V, 208V, 220V, 230V, 240V, 380V, 400V, 415V, 440V, 480V, 575V and 600V.
Yes. Customers can provide electrical drawings, technical specifications, reference products, datasheets or project requirements for evaluation. Our engineering team can review the required voltage, capacity, phase, frequency, protection, enclosure, installation environment and applicable standards before production. For OEM projects, the manufacturing process can be based on approved customer drawings and specifications.
Yes. OEM branding and private-label solutions are available for suitable industrial power equipment projects. Depending on the product and order requirements, customization may include company logo, product model, nameplate information, labels, manuals, packaging and other identification details. This allows distributors, wholesalers, electrical equipment brands and system integrators to develop products under their own brand while using factory-direct manufacturing support from Voltnex Power.
To prepare an accurate quotation, customers should provide the product type, rated power or capacity, input voltage, output voltage, frequency, single-phase or three-phase configuration, application, quantity, installation environment, required protection functions and destination country. For transformers, additional information such as transformer type, vector group, impedance, tap range and cooling method may be required. For VFDs, motor power, motor voltage, rated current, overload requirement and application duty are important for proper selection.
Voltnex Power provides factory-direct manufacturing and global supply for customized industrial power equipment. Direct factory supply allows customers to work with the manufacturer during technical specification, engineering, production, testing and export preparation rather than relying solely on a trading intermediary. We support distributors, wholesalers, EPC contractors, system integrators, machinery manufacturers and industrial end users requiring repeat orders or project-based electrical equipment.
Yes. Voltnex Power supports international OEM, ODM and project-based supply for customers in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and other global markets. Depending on the project, products can be configured for local voltage, frequency, electrical standards, installation conditions and application requirements. We can support customers in markets such as the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
The typical OEM and ODM process includes requirement confirmation, technical evaluation, product selection or engineering design, quotation, specification and drawing confirmation, sample or prototype development when required, manufacturing, quality inspection and electrical testing, customized packaging, shipment and after-sales technical support. For OEM projects, customers can provide their existing specifications or drawings. For ODM projects, Voltnex Power can assist with product configuration and engineering based on the intended application and target market.
