FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Voltnex Power 3-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. Depending on the product and project terms, warranty support may include technical diagnosis, replacement of defective components, repair guidance, or other corrective solutions provided by our engineering team.
The 3-Year Warranty can be provided for eligible Voltnex Power products, including isolation transformers, dry type transformers, industrial transformers, automatic voltage regulators (AVR), voltage stabilizers, VFDs, SVG and AHF power quality equipment. The exact warranty coverage is confirmed in the quotation, purchase order, or warranty documentation for each project.
The warranty start date is defined according to the specific sales contract or warranty document. Depending on the project, it may be calculated from the delivery, commissioning, installation, or other agreed reference date. The applicable warranty terms will be confirmed before shipment.
Yes. Customized OEM and ODM industrial power equipment can be covered by the 3-Year Warranty. For customized transformers, AVRs, VFD systems and other power equipment, the warranty conditions are confirmed according to the approved technical specifications, operating conditions, and project requirements.
If a confirmed manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, our technical team will first evaluate the problem remotely or through available test information. Depending on the situation, Voltnex Power may provide troubleshooting guidance, replacement components, repair support, or another appropriate corrective solution.
Yes. Warranty customers can receive technical assistance for equipment troubleshooting, operating conditions, parameter settings, maintenance guidance, and other product-related issues. Remote engineering support is available, while on-site service can be evaluated separately according to project location and requirements.
The warranty covers eligible product defects, while installation and commissioning services are normally treated separately unless specifically included in the project agreement. Voltnex Power can provide installation instructions, wiring guidance, commissioning support, and technical assistance for qualified industrial projects.
The warranty generally does not cover damage caused by improper installation, incorrect electrical connections, operation outside the specified technical conditions, unauthorized modification or repair, misuse, accidents, abnormal external power conditions, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance instructions. Normal wear and consumable items may also be excluded where applicable.
Contact Voltnex Power with the product model, serial number, purchase information, installation details, and a description of the problem. Photos, videos, alarm records, test results, or other relevant technical information may also be requested to help our engineers identify the cause and determine the appropriate warranty solution.
